Refund Policy

At Softwin Infotech, we value our clients and strive to deliver top-quality software solutions that meet or exceed expectations. However, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds will be processed for our software development services.

1. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis under the following conditions:

  • Non-Delivery of Service: If we are unable to initiate or deliver the agreed-upon service due to internal reasons or issues within our control, a full refund may be granted.
  • Cancellation of Project: If a project is canceled by the client after work has commenced but before completion, refunds will be offered on a prorated basis for the work completed.

2. Refund Requests

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  • Submit a detailed written request to support@softwin.co.in 
  • Provide the reason for the refund request, project details, and any relevant supporting documentation.
  • Refunds requested after 7 days of project commencement may not be considered.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • Change of Mind: Refunds will not be granted if the client decides they no longer need the software after development has started.
  • Delayed Delivery Due to Client: If project delays are caused by the client's failure to provide timely information, feedback, or resources, refunds will not be considered.
  • Completed Milestones: Once a development milestone has been completed and delivered, refunds will not be issued for that milestone.
  • Third-Party Costs: Any costs incurred from third-party services (e.g., licenses, hosting, API integrations) are non-refundable.

4. Refund Processing

Once a refund request is approved, the amount will be processed within 10-14 business days via the original payment method or as mutually agreed.

5. Modifications to the Refund Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be communicated to existing clients, and the updated policy will be published on our website – softwin.co.in
